19th C. Hand Painted Shakespearian Scene Austrian Chargers

Immaculately made “Victoria Carlsbad” large magenta porcelain chargers. Guilt baroque motif accents with floral old secondary. Hand painted with scenes from two different Shakespearian plays. Features “The Merry Wives of Windsor” Falsaff and Mrs. Ford, and “Hamlet” Ophelia and Hamlet. Both scenes are signed by artists “J.H Bacon” and “H.M. Pas” One charger has a stamped back of Carlsbad logo. Made in Austria. 19th century circa. Diameter: 13.5 inches
